Delivery charges

• Kerala: free delivery
• Neighbouring states: ₹30
• Rest of India: ₹50

Cash on delivery

For cash on delivery, you pay ₹100 online when you order and the rest at your door. This advance cannot be refunded.

Dispatch and tracking

Parcels are sent from Tirur, Kerala by Delhivery. After dispatch, you can follow your parcel on the Track Your Order page. Delivery times depend on your location.

Exchange

We exchange an item only if it arrives damaged or you received the wrong item. To ask for an exchange:

• Report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 77364 06061.
• Send an unboxing video that shows the parcel being opened.
• Keep the item unused, in its original packaging.

We can't exchange an item because you changed your mind or didn't like the scent. We don't offer refunds.
