Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every visit and order at secrettheparfum.in, operated by Secret The Parfum, Tirur, Malappuram, Kerala. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell perfumes, 12 ML pure oils and 8 ML discovery bottles. Colours in photographs may differ slightly from the actual liquid. 30 ML and 100 ML sizes are made on request.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once payment, or the ₹100 advance for cash on delivery, is received. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid in that case, we return the amount to you.

No refunds

All sales are final. See our Cancellation and Refund policy for details on cancellations and on exchanging damaged items.

Use of the site

All images, names and content on this site belong to Secret The Parfum. Do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
